Rental Requirements Driver Requirements Minimum age: 25 years old. No exceptions. Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years) Valid credit card in renter's name Insurance Requirements All renters must provide proof of active full coverage insurance that covers rental vehicles, or purchase our comprehensive coverage at the time of rental. Reservation & Cancellation Booking Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations Full payment is due at the time of vehicle pickup Cancellations Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup Cancellations within 24 hours: a full day's rental is charged, or held as credit No-shows (more than 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time): Full rental fee charged Vehicle Use Permitted Use Personal and business transportation Within Washington and Idaho only (other areas require prior written authorization) On paved public roads only Prohibited Use Off-road driving Towing or pushing other vehicles Transporting hazardous materials Racing or speed testing Subletting or sharing the rental Return Policy Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as pickup Early returns: No refund for unused days Late returns: a 29-minute grace period applies; after that, charges accrue by the hour or full day Excessive cleaning required: $75-150 cleaning fee
