Our vehicles carry GPS and telematics devices that report location, movement, and vehicle-health data, including during your rental. Call recordings. Text Messaging (SMS) If you opt in at booking, we send transactional text messages about your rental, such as booking confirmations, pickup and return reminders, vehicle status updates, and replies from our staff. Message frequency varies by rental. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of renting from us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver messages to you. 4. How We Share Information We do not sell your personal information. GPS and Telematics Disclosure Vehicle location and telematics data collected during your rental is used for fleet management, maintenance, safety, theft prevention and recovery, and enforcement of the Rental Agreement.
