Agreement to Terms By accessing or using the services of Hector's Whips, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. 2. Rental Agreement The rental of any vehicle from Hector's Whips is subject to a separate Rental Agreement that will be provided at the time of vehicle pickup. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace the Rental Agreement. 3. User Responsibilities You agree to: Provide accurate and complete information when making reservations Meet all driver requirements as specified in our Rental Policies Use rented vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws Return vehicles in the condition received, normal wear excepted Report any accidents or damage immediately 4. Payment Terms All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit cards. Debit cards may be accepted with additional verification. Payment is due in full at the time of vehicle pickup unless otherwise arranged. 5. Liability Hector's Whips maintains comprehensive insurance on all vehicles. However, renters may be responsible for deductibles and damages resulting from policy violations or negligence. 6. Modifications We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
